At MarkTime Creations, we take pride in creating quality products that are uniquely made for our customers. We want every order to arrive exactly as expected.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, printed, or produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or customer ordering mistakes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the issue
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized, engraved, and custom-designed products are generally final sale once production begins.
Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, colors, and customization details before submitting your order.
If we make an error in producing your order, we will work to correct it.
Print-on-Demand Products
Our print-on-demand merchandise is produced specifically for each order.
We do not offer general returns or size exchanges for these products. However, damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders are eligible for review and an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
If a return is required because of an error or defect for which MarkTime Creations is responsible, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable required return shipping costs.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
